Following nine design-build project successes with CapEd over the previous 12 years, the goal of this project was to replicate their most recent prototype, developed by IBG in 2017. The well curated brand identity yielded higher efficiencies which led to lower cost.
With a strict budget and schedule requirements, the branch needed to move from an existing Kuna location while transitioning to new teller equipment. IBG’s expertise integrated those elements into the member experience and branch infrastructure.
Unique to this project, CapEd allowed IBG full and complete accountability from site identification through commission. They asked for, and received, a truly turnkey delivery - and IBG delivered.
