President and CEO Patrick Sende brings more than 20 years of experience in development, design, engineering, project management and construction operations. Over the course of his career, Patrick has contributed to the completion of over 350 building projects on five continents with value exceeding $300 million dollars.
He began as an integral member of the U.S. Air Force C-17 design, development and manufacturing team. Later, as a structural engineer/architect and senior manager with Temcor in Southern California, Patrick delivered cutting-edge designs for the Hobby-Eberly telescope at McDonald Observatory in Texas, the William E. Gordon radio telescope at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico and the Desert Dome biosphere at the Henry Doorly Zoo in Nebraska.
Prior to founding IBG, Patrick directed the development activities of a national design-build firm that specialized in the financial and health care industries. Here at IBG, Patrick provides executive oversight on all business activities to ensure stakeholder interests are promoted. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Santa Clara University and an MBA from UC Irvine.
Chief Operations Officer Drew Learned brings over 20 years of experience in project management and operations on domestic and international projects ranging from $100,000 to $4 billion dollars. Drew first began honing his skills working for world-renowned Turner Construction and played a key role developing the EuroDisney amusement park in Montévrain, France. Over the course of his career, Drew has successfully completed over $100 million of financial institution projects across the United States.
At IBG, Drew focuses on the value, speed and quality of each project, using his special expertise in schedule analysis and project management training. Drew hires and trains staff as well as closely monitors all projects to ensure each client receives the best value and quality possible. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Arizona State University.

Rhonda joined the IBG team in 2016 and comes to us with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on bookkeeping and project administration.

Anni is IBG employee #1, and has been with the team since Day 1 in 2006. She has pioneered the processes and systems she manages today, across the Human Resources, Facilities and Information Technology vectors. In short she has done it all, and perseveres in managing all the back office operations so IBG can continue to deliver outstanding design-build projects to the credit union industry.
When Anni is not ‘having it all’ at the office, she loves to be outside, enjoying kayaking, hiking, camping and snowshoeing. She is also an able weekend warrior of household projects and IBG’s go to person for advice on tools for home improvement schemes.

Lori is a lady of many talents, so her job function at IBG is split between Accounting and Human Resources. Her accounting duties include client billings, accounts payable and receivable and other general accounting functions. Lori’s HR role includes recruiting efforts to hire the best candidates to fully serve IBG clients.
Suzanne is an accomplished, innovative multi-channel Marketer with more than a decade of experience in delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies, go-to-market product campaigns and team leadership. She is delighted to be in a role that connects her with the Credit Union industry, because she is aligned with the CU model of collaboration, service and value.
